Another week, another set of opportunities. Good luck out there! Keep an eye out for roles that align with your skills and ambitions. Until next time, take care and fly safe.

I’ve gotten faster callbacks on air ambulance roles by keeping a one-page PDF of my recent IFR approaches and NVG currency exported from ForeFlight Logbook — these real-time posts move fast, so I can “apply promptly” with docs attached. Small caveat: a few operators still want a photo of the paper logbook, so I keep that ready too, especially for remote VFR slots.

Putting my 135.297/299 dates, NVG currency, and EC135/145 hours in the first line of the application has gotten me quicker EMS callbacks, @vcarson45, and I note 7/7 availability right there too. If the portal doesn’t have a notes box, paste that one-liner at the top of your resume PDF.

For these real-time air ambulance posts, I try to “apply within an hour” and then DM the base chief pilot on LinkedIn; twice that turned into a same-day screen for IFR slots… @Guide, I also paste a tight hours block plus a Drive link to certs/medical so they can push to background fast. Tiny caveat: when it says remote, confirm if it’s remote base vs travel rotation — , the wording is fuzzy.
